Groove meets Glam! Our theme lends itself well to cocktail attire or gala gown glam. Go all-out with a new outfit, or find something from your closet and dress up with accessories. All looks and styles welcome!

Yes! You can request to sit with other guests. There is a section in the ticketing where we ask you to list names.

We do try to put classes together as well. This is a great way to see your friends and meet new ones.

The Whitby Gala is our community’s MAJOR fundraiser. Tuition across Whitby only covers 92% of the yearly operating cost of our school.  This event helps us to close that tuition gap.

We also welcome opportunities to raise your paddle for our Scholarship Fund, and our Fund-A-Need.

This is the event to have a great time, and give to a great cause.

Your ticket includes an all-evening open bar, a plated dinner at L’Escale at the Delamar, and lots of entertainment and fun!

The evening begins with a silent auction and hors d’oeuvres. Everyone enjoys this time to connect with fellow Whitby parents.

Cocktails conclude, then we’ll head into L’Escale for a seated dinner and our live auction.

The live auction begins as the dinner winds down. We’ll do paddle raises for our auction items, as well as our scholarship fund, and fund-a-need. Once the live auction is over the dance floor is opened up.

The more the merrier. In addition to parents, faculty, and trustees, we welcome grandparents, neighbors, family, and friends to share in the fun and fellowship. It is a great opportunity to not only support our school, but to also bid on some really special items and experiences.

YES! The silent auction is done through an online system called OneCause.  Two weeks before the night of the event the silent auction will be opened up on OneCause.  Descriptions and images of all the silent auction items will be included online for you to look through. The silent auction will be available through the event website.

Even if you can’t make the Gala you can still donate money to Whitby in the menu option listed Make a Donation. 

Come to have a really fun evening with Whitby parents, faculty, and community! This is a fun night out with an open-bar, l’escale dinner, and a dance party to remember. Valet is included, coat check set up, and everything else needed to make it a fun, easy, evening out!
